Australian building robot

Fastbrick robotics is an Australian company listed on the ASX, it has been developing a robot that lays blocks using 3D printing and thier own patented Dynamic Stabilisation Technology (DST). It is headed Mike (CEO) and Mark Pivac (CTO) and have a laundry list of accomplishments starting from its begining in 1994.

I have been averageing in to this stock for the better part of a decade now and my faith has not left, i felt the same way about Axie Infinity when i was minting arctic lands for 50$ each, its very easy to be TO EARLY.

Below is a chart for FBR from 2016 to 2022, i am not big on TA but this does show that there IS interest in this product, compared to 2018 they have so much more to offer especially with thier plans over the next 12 months.

Chart from Trading view

Next 12 months for FBR (from thier website)

  • Mechanical completion and full commissioning for next generations of the Hadrian robots.
  • Complete builds in the pipeline in preparation for launch of the next generation Hadrian.
  • Obtain binding orders for robots to be sold to appropriate entity partners and then leased back into operating entities.
  • Complete house using Wienerberger Porotherm blocks.
  • Establish US and European entities.
  • Complete International Code Council (ICC) certification of Fastbrick Wall System® in the United States.
  • Further development of building information management architectural software.
  • Complete further 3D concrete printing testing.
  • Complete roofing robot testing with new shuttle architecture of next generation Hadrian.
  • Complete rollout and demonstration of Hadrian capabilities in international markets.

It looks like the next year is going to be big for FBR, alot of goals that have been built towards for a decade will be coming to fruition and it has already atracted alot of attention from sophisticated investors and related companies such as Brickworks (BKW) that have recently raised thier ownership of the company from around 5% to over 10%, doubling thier exposure with possible plans to increase this stake in the future.

A big part of FBR is thier DST technologies, the applications are seemingly infinite with the future of AI and robotics i am certain big players will be wanting to utilizes thier tried and true methods of stabilization for thier own products, especially with things like space travel/exploration coming back into societys limelight, these systems could turn into something much more important than we could imagine.

Inflation has played a huge roll in increasing the cost to build housing, in Australia housing has become more of an investment than a home and this has in turn inflated the housing prices, when you add these together you get the recipe for disaster we are currently living through, this seems like the perfect opportunity for a robot building machine to come in and slash costs wich has been the Pivacs aim from the begining.

very keen to see where this goes, i have been averaging in for years FYI, 100% conviction.

peace.
